Allow for global changes to be made to all forms.
It would be very useful to be able to make global changes to all the forms without having to change every individual form.
for example changing the format on the telephone number box i have to spend 1hr going through every form changing, but would be great to make 1 change and change the format on all the same telephone number boxes on my forms.9 votes -
How about a "help" button when your trying to build a form.
It would be nice to have a "help" option in building a form especially when using unfamiliar tools. It is for this reason alone I most likely will NOT use your service. Remember, not everyone lives in your world.

Upgrade conditional logic
Now the conditionak logic can only be "all conditions" or "any of the conditions." Can you make a more complex version, when the conditions are divided into two categories of "all" and "any", and at the same time in each of these categories will be on multiple criteria and they will be used simultaneously.
For example:
Field 1 have the following condition logic
Show\Hide this field when ALL of the following match
rule1
rule2
rule3
AND/OR ANY of the following match
rule1
rule2

Allow Multiple Instances of Third Party Integrations
Use the "After the Form is Submitted" section to add/remove 3rd party integrations rather than the "3rd Party Integration" section. This way, you could add multiple instances of each integration and use Smart Routing to figure out which integration instance to fire for a given submission.
Some examples of what you accomplish simply with Smart Routing:
* Auth.net one time payment or recurring
* Conditional selection of Salesforce.com integration config including objects and mappings.12 votes -

The Salesforce Sandbox is a fairly new addition to Salesforce. Our integration was written years before it existed. That said, we will add this in the near future, along with some other new Salesforce integration features.

Create a reoccurring subscription with stripe.com
Love the new payment integration with Stripe. However I need the ability to create a subscription that allows me to create customers and bill them monthly.

What languages? When you export data, open it as UTF-8 to see Turkish characters. Open Office does this by default. Excel, you need to choose UTF-8.

Convert Word or PDF forms to Formstack
If you have a Word form or PDF fillable form it would be cool to upload the document to Formstack to create a best effort start to convert the form over. Kind of a kickstart to quickly begin reworking in Formstack which is a much easier, faster and more powerful forms system than either Word or PDF which have huge overhead and limited web integration potential (or costly if not limited).

Make a Google App to integrate Formstack with Google Apps
I would like to see Formstack appear in the Google Apps marketplace. This would provide authentication services, ability to limit formstack forms to the Google Apps domain, as well as integration with all the backend functionality of Google Apps. It would be great to see the ability to have a Google Spreadsheet be the primary location for data submitted to Formstack (so that we wouldn't have to use the current integration process -- it's great, but a lot of extra steps).
Thanks for a great product!1 vote -
Integrate with YMLP
www.ymlp.com is a great email list management service. It is similar to constant contact but is cheaper and has a much better user interface.

Have option for people to put in referral code
This will allow people to put code on flyer or link on there website and they can collect leads from the same form.
When people fill in the code, or have a link to the form with code inside this lead will automaticaly send to the right person.
Each person can have a different code1 vote -

Copy Form into Current Folder
When you copy a form you have two options. Your account or another account. I have my forms in folders. It would be nice if I could put the copy in a folder. Now, I have to always move it to the folder after I copy it.

Loosen confirmation email restrictions
I've planned to allow users to request specific information via email based on which checkboxes they check on my form. I'd want to send up to 6 different emails (if they opted to receive info about 6 things) but all to the same email address. This doesn't seem possible with FormStack currently.

Save & Resume Emailed To User - Mobile Forms
The email link is nice, but would be that much sweeter if the same capability existed on mobile forms as well. Pretty please.

Improve Highrise integration to include "realtime" alerts for new assignments
Currently, the integration allows Formstack to send data to Highrise and to assign a corresponding task to a Highrise account user. However, the integration is incomplete, as Highrise doesn't send out its usual initial notifications that the tasks have been assigned. These alerts would be helpful to receive.

Allow a "loop" setting to repeat the form
We are using Formstack to help doctors and their staff capture data online during conversations. They have it on a browser page, and they need to fill in one after the other repeatedly, dozens of times every day.
I made this possible by setting the "redirect" url to the same form. But this is clumsy, and one day I'll forget, leaving the redirect url set to some other form. Bad form. You could do this perfectly and very simply by having a loop option on the settings. The "submit" button would serve up another. And the user just closes the… more2 votes
